Say “hey” to Patricio “Pato” Duffoo…

 Starbelly’s new chef de cuisine. Originally from Peru, it was while working as an accountant for a catering company that Pato found his calling; one day while at work, he learned they were short-staffed in the kitchen. He immediately jumped in to cover. 20 years later, one of our very own, Enrique (restaurant manager at Delarosa) introduced Pato to us. (You’re the best, Enrique!) Next time you’re in The Castro, stop by Starbelly and have a chat with Pato.
